When does Realty Robot's free beta promotion end?
Our free beta promotion ends July 31st, 2009. Starting August 1st, we will begin charging a monthly subscription fee. If you like our website and the services we provide, we hope that you will continue your subscription for our low monthly fee and continue receiving subscription benefits. As always, any title searches that you purchase while subscribed, including the free promotion, will still be available to view and download for at least 60 days regardless if you are subscribed or not.
Do you plan on expanding into other states?
Yes. Although we currently only cover New Jersey, we are working diligently on expanding our coverage to other states. If there is enough interest we are always open to expanding to other areas. Leave us some feedback and let us know where we can serve you.
When are you going to cover other counties?
Based on demand we have decided not to offer all counties right away. If there are any particular counties that you would like to see us cover please let us know! Email support@realtyrobot.com.
How accurate are your listings?
We pride ourselves on having some of the freshest and most complete data in the industry. We also pride ourselves on having a meticulous quality control department. However, we realize that auctions can often be postponed and cancelled (sometimes even minutes before an auction). Therefore, it is always best to verify our foreclosure listings by calling the county courthouse before the auction. Pre-foreclosure information can be verified by running a title search.
I ordered a title search. How long will it take? Where do I find it? How long do I have it?
Title searches are handled by actual title search professionals and although speed is a priority, quality and accuracy is even more important. See our title search products page for detailed turn-around estimates.

When your title search is completed, a link will appear in the My Account section under Title Search Purchases where you can view or download purchased title searches as a convenient PDF file.

Regardless of whether you are subscribed or not, you will have access to purchased Title Searches within the registered account for at least 60 days from the purchase date. If you have any additional questions please feel free to e-mail specific title search questions to support@realtyrobot.com.
